However, the sales representatives fell short on making me feel comfortable when discussing pricing. It took several days to get itemized lists of incentives and rebates that I qualified for. Though I purchased a new vehicle, based solely on pricing, I likely will not return for services or future purchases. I value relationships when considering a major purchase and I didn't leave there feeling like a valued stakeholder. More
