My experience was the best....the salesman listened to me. I did not want to "do the dealing game with the paper with 4 blocks on it and the running back and forth between salesman and Manager...........Robert I did not want to "do the dealing game with the paper with 4 blocks on it and the running back and forth between salesman and Manager...........Robert Holland listened to me and it was the best sales experience I have had while purchasing 6 Ford Escapes/Edges. The Manager of the trade-ins was also great, no games, gave me the price then and there and stuck with it. All around, cannot stress enough the pleasant experience I had. Paperwork at purchase is a little redundant and useless....might want to actually review it and perhaps change a few things, but minor in the overall picture from walk-in to drive-out. More

Ask for Robert Holland Robert is a great salesman in that he is very professional and not pushy. Nick was the lucky one who was there when i first pulled up, willing to help with no pressure, even offered to search auctions for what i was wanting. I spent maybe 20 min with him before i left. After some looking around at other dealerships i decided on a new F250. I was down to the color and truck i wanted and thus negotiating on price. Richard Becker ensured i was taken care of and financing went real smooth. They both worked together which other dealerships doesn't happen very often. Most are out to get theirs. If you want a great deal, company representatives that end up working for you with your interests then this is where you need to purchase. Although i had 2 great experiences i would recommend Richard Becker. Give him a high five for me!! More
