Poor communication between technicians, mechanic and customer. Set in lobby 5 hours when told it would take 1 hour then told didn’t have part and would need to bring back. They handled my body work efficiently. They gave me a loaner car which was greatly appreciated. They polished my headlight lenses as a courtesy. After being a customer for years, I am extremely disappointed with the service at Metro Ford and will NOT be back. The technician did not complete the job and then denied it. I am quite understanding when people make mistakes, but when they lie about it, that indicates a serious character issue with both the staff and management.
