Used to have decent service but way too pushy for recommended services that are at best, optional, but most certainly not needed. After each service you receive a sheet of paper with hundreds of doll recommended services that are at best, optional, but most certainly not needed. After each service you receive a sheet of paper with hundreds of dollars of recommended services, none of which I’ve ever needed except the occasional air filter. This is further proven by taking a look at ones own vehicle manual. My manual explicitly states changing the engine coolant at 100000 miles. My dealer has been hounding me telling me it’s required since 30000 miles. This huge heap of misinformation helps their books and continues to help the masses comply but I suggest taking a look at your owner manual before shelling out anything on their “recommended” services. More
Very disappointed. Took Edge in for noise in rear wheel. Diagnosed as “broken wheel” provided an estimate of $250 + 3 other services needed. Tried to call. Got voicemail. Took link to view repairs. Approved the wheel replacement and 1 of the 3 added services. Total estimate of $1100. Took three additional business days “waiting for parts”. Pick up and wheel replacement was $650. Never authorized or was told the additional charge. Evidently $250 was for used wheel and $650 was for new wheel. Tried to call service manager twice to discuss but get voicemail. Disappointed and will not return More

Came with Royal Treatment plan to change my oil. Supposed to have tires rotated as well, topped off fluids. Besides oil changes nothing else was done (receipt says that they did). Asked via email several times for explanation and here I'm 2 weeks later still with no answer. Also, lots of employees walked around inside with no masks during mask mandate so didn't feel safe in the waiting room for 2 hours waiting for an oil change. They claimed that it takes so long since they didn't have the filter to my Nissan - but I did make appointment online 2 days earlier so they had all car info. Whole experience very disappointing... Arrived shortly after 7am for an oil change & didn't leave for almost 2hrs. Text inquiries for update were left unanswered. I'll be returning to Shawnee for future service needs. More
The service was very good. Our advisor helped me with several things I had questions about. I could not stay for the service so was given ride by shuttle which I appreciated.
