Shocked about the price! I have been using Metro Ford since 2014 when I bought my Escape. I now own a 2018 F-150 that I took in for an oil change. I was greeted fairly soon u I have been using Metro Ford since 2014 when I bought my Escape. I now own a 2018 F-150 that I took in for an oil change. I was greeted fairly soon upon arrival. I told Denise Anderson that I was there for an oil change and would wait there. She said that there were 2 in front of me. I said ok and got out of my truck and went to the waiting area. The work did not take too long. Denise came and got me when the job was done and took me to the counter to pay. I was SHOCKED to see the charge! It was quite an increase from the last time that I had an oil change. I asked her about it and she told me that it was because of COVID. I was charged about $15.00 extra for nothing that I saw would justify the charge. I am not sure why the increase in price because I did not see any extra precautions being taken. No one was wearing masks or gloves. Nothing was shared that they took any precautions with cleaning my truck. I feel that I was taken advantage of because of the situation we are in right now. I feel that if there was an extra charge for COVID-19, I should have been made aware of it BEFORE the work was done. I am definitely looking around for another dealership to take my business to. I buy a new vehicle about every 4 years and I will not be coming toMetro Ford to buy my next one. I will not be recommending Metro to anyone. More
I have bought Ford pickups in this area since 1998 first was at Reynolds ford that was across the street form Metro Ford now. I started buying brand new Fords in 1988 and have every since. The service was great on getting me back on the road. I learned that a warranty that is not from Ford is worthless and ending up paying out of pocket that Ford would of covered. Thank You More
Went in for recall service that had been scheduled for 7:00am just to find out that the technicians that handled this service did not get in til 8:00am... I was just going to sit there drinking coffee unt 7:00am just to find out that the technicians that handled this service did not get in til 8:00am... I was just going to sit there drinking coffee until the technician arrived and took care of it, but they had one of their other technicians (Jessica Turner) take care of the issue and got me out by 8:00am. More

Very poor customer service . New car was taken in to get horn fixed plus paint chips . Car was returned absolutely filthy with grease hand prints all over inside and out. Horrible service. Will not be going there again. Took my truck to get checked only to find out that it needed an additional check to verify what was really wrong. That made no sense because the service rep truck to get checked only to find out that it needed an additional check to verify what was really wrong. That made no sense because the service rep ended up telling me what was wrong without the second test. Rip off!!!! More
Engine light issues My engine light came on so I took it in to be looked at. After running the test, there were 3 parts that had to be replaced. Even though it was rath My engine light came on so I took it in to be looked at. After running the test, there were 3 parts that had to be replaced. Even though it was rather expensive, it is now fixed and hopefully my car won't have any other major issues for a while now. Knock on wood! Denise kept me informed and took very good care of me.
