Arrived shortly after 7am for an oil change & didn't leave for almost 2hrs. Text inquiries for update were left unanswered. Felt as if they scheduled my appointment prior to staff being there to start w leave for almost 2hrs. Text inquiries for update were left unanswered. Felt as if they scheduled my appointment prior to staff being there to start working. I have a free service plan from Joe Cooper Shawnee but come to Metro for convenience. I'll be returning to Shawnee for future service needs. More

The service was very good. Our advisor helped me with several things I had questions about. I could not stay for the service so was given ride by shuttle which I appreciated. I took my 2008 F550 Bucket truck in for all maintenance needs, they did a very thorough job and fixed all oil leaks also it had a screaming noise from the front of the motor which turned out to be pulley. needs, they did a very thorough job and fixed all oil leaks also it had a screaming noise from the front of the motor which turned out to be pulley.
