I feel like they need to communicate more with the customers. Then keeping the customers more informed about the ordered parts. They should be the ones who's calling the customer instead of the cust customers. Then keeping the customers more informed about the ordered parts. If you leave your car in for service that day at least they should call you and keep you informed on how it's going, if you're going to be able to get your car at the end of the day, I just feel like that communication is just real bad. I also feel like your phone system is very bad because they play phone tag with you a lot and then they tend to hang up on you. More

Bad Brakes Had Front Brakes repaired,,,worse than when I brought it in...Truck vibrates when braking...never did that before. Brought it in for service some mon Had Front Brakes repaired,,,worse than when I brought it in...Truck vibrates when braking...never did that before. Brought it in for service some months ago for an engine light repair, said they had to take the engine out to repair. Since I've had the truck back, Engine light came back on. Took it back in and tightened it up at no charge and sent it home. Drove fine then engine light reappears...decided to just drive it and after 1700 miles, engine light went off...never had these problems before I took it in...Truck only has 60K miles. More
