Oil change time is awful I had to wait 1hour and 35 minutes for i single oil change. The waiting area is so small once you get 5 people in there its crowded. I will never buy another car here again bec minutes for i single oil change. The waiting area is so small once you get 5 people in there its crowded. I will never buy another car here again because they hose you and do want to buy it back from you even though they gave you the negative equity to begin with. Would never recommend this dealer to anyone I know. More

Warranty work. I recently had some warranty work completed on my F250. Upon picking my vehicle up I noticed I was billed for something I did not feel I owed. I ag I recently had some warranty work completed on my F250. Upon picking my vehicle up I noticed I was billed for something I did not feel I owed. I agreed to pay for it and I was told they would check on it Monday and let me know if I could get a refund. I got a call early Monday morning (to my surprise) letting me know they would refund me the money. I really appreciate the way they took care of this! More

Bad experience. Took the car in for an oil change and oil treatment. Also got a fuel treatment. After service the engine light is now on as the car runs rough with a misfire. To have someone look at the misf treatment. Also got a fuel treatment. After service the engine light is now on as the car runs rough with a misfire. To have someone look at the misfire issue that was not there before service I was told it would take 1 month. The car also is leaking oil. As for customer service I was told the bank owns the car now so it’s out of their hands. Had to take the car to another ford dealership to undo the damage they done. More
