How can I give 5 stars, and yet how can I not recommend them for service? I bought my 2006 F-250 King Ranch new from this location (it was David Stanley back then). I've always kept up with the maintenance, both inside and out. It's been paid for since 2011. Was hoping to have it for many more years. Now it's stolen and I've got to purchase another truck, and I'll now have a payment again. All they had to do was park a vehicle in front of the gate - like you see so often. Instead, the gate was secured with a simple padlock, which the thieves cut off. Insurance settlement is pending - no clue what they're going to do to make this right. It's likely I'll just get a $10-12K check from their insurance company. Doesn't come close to making me whole - and I did nothing wrong. Insert frown emoji here. More
