Lack of Communication I had my truck towed there because it was the closest Ford Service Center. I brought it Tuesday Morning Oct 1st. Called for the status in the morning I had my truck towed there because it was the closest Ford Service Center. I brought it Tuesday Morning Oct 1st. Called for the status in the morning and in the afternoon Wednesday Oct. 2nd. Finally, they say that it's the Fuel Pump, but they need to get it on a lift to check underneath to make sure. I say that I just had the fuel pump replaced last December and have a receipt at home. Call and leave a message when I get home and find the receipt showing I replaced the fuel pump and fuel injectors last December. Call at 1030am Oct. 3rd, leave message. Call again at 11am, and am told that they don't know what is exactly wrong with my truck yet and gives me that they've been busy and haven't had a chance to talk to the technician. My truck has been there for 2 days. I say, well, tell me what I owe for the inspection fee, so I can get it towed, as I know that if my balance isn't paid that you won't release my vehicle. I call my insurance company to make arrangements to get it towed. Long story short, 2 days without getting a loaner vehicle is long enough to run a diagnostic and figure out what's wrong. I don't appreciate having to call to get my vehicle status and it shouldn't take 2 days to get an estimate for what is wrong with my vehicle. I have had to pay for Uber/Lyfts to get to/from work. Your service center is attached to a dealership. It doesn't make sense that you don't have loaner vehicles. But that's jmo. Maybe, if I test drove a car for a couple days, I might be inclined to give up my 2001 Ford Sport Trac for a newer Ford. Honestly, after this experience with Metro Ford, I will not bring my vehicle there ever again, nor will I buy a vehicle from your dealership. It has left a bitter taste in my mouth. More

Service Department It would be a difficult task for me to put in to words how amazing David is from the service department. I brought in a car, expecting some minor thin It would be a difficult task for me to put in to words how amazing David is from the service department. I brought in a car, expecting some minor things (oil change, spark plugs, etc..). However, it turned out my car was close to breaking down and needed extensive work. The thought of spending thousands of dollars on a painted chunk of metal with four wheels was quite vexing. Simply put, David was heroic in his effort to both save me money where he could as well as get my baby in the shop ASAP. My car was finished today and thus far, the mechanical work seems exemplary and my anger and frustration of dealing with a malfunctioning Mustang is over. Thank you Metro Ford and thank you David for putting up with me and my car. More

Perform the Works! I went in for the Works, oil change, tire rotation, multi point inspection. They took my car on time of appointment. They came to explain they had problems starting the car and I needed a new battery. I agreed. They were extremely good keeping me informed of delays and issues during my stay. Only issue, as I drove off the lot my front tires were making a loud noise. I called immediately and took car back to dealership, only to find a nail with washer was in the front tire. How this happened? My tires were installed 3 weeks prior to service call and I now had to replace a tire. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. More

Extremely disappointing Took F-350 in to have the rear brakes looked at. After three business days we called to see what Metro could tell us. They hadn't got to it yet but ca Took F-350 in to have the rear brakes looked at. After three business days we called to see what Metro could tell us. They hadn't got to it yet but called back that night to tell us it needed this and that and it would cost $1200. Told them we couldn't afford that and went to pick it up the next morning. Of course it was $125 for diagnostic work which sounded fair since that came out to only $40 a day for the time it was in there being diagnosed. When we got it back and tried to get the rear wheels off ourselves the lug nuts were on so tight we had to soak them overnight with WD-40 to be able to get them off. We were using an impact wrench. No one can tell me that wasn't done on purpose. More
