Metro Ford - Service Center

I manage a large fleet in the Capital Region and needed a part for a HD Truck. After they sent the wrong part I went in to work with the Metro Parts department on finding the correct part. The words "less than helpful" are kind to describe the two parts people that were completely devoid of all customer service and personality. They said " it's going to take me a day to find this part" I found the part with a 2-minute internet search, and will no longer buy a ford product. Thank you More
