Metro Ford - Service Center

I had my new Escape only a week or so and had a problem with the dealer installed option - keypad on driver's door. It was frustrating and an inconvenience to have to come back to Metro (1.45 hour drive f with the dealer installed option - keypad on driver's door. This is the 4th or 5th Escape I've leased from Metro and expected something more than an apology for my time and having to put another 150 miles in my new lease. More

Troy in Service got me written up quickly for my oil change and tire rotation and said he would look into my washer hose issue. He called me a short time later to say the car was done and he was able to change and tire rotation and said he would look into my washer hose issue. The guys at Metro took great care of our Ford Flex. On a Saturday they replaced a headlight bulb on our car.
