Had an emergency with the car my Ford edge. The guard in the front was dragging and then completely fell off. It was a Saturday so I went to the metro for Dealer and asked them. The service advisors and technicians are great. This specific visit I came in without an appointment, you can't schedule when a tire will go down. Within about 30 minutes of my telling Brian what was wrong with my car, it was fixed and I was ready to be on my way. All of this as I said, without an appointment.
