Absolute worst experience ever. I have full warranty through Ford and my truck is worse than before. It was mis diagnosed, parts broken with installation, wrong parts used. I had to hold their hand through the process to help them fix it. This was a mess and I had to work with Ford North America to fix. I will still have to bring my truck to another place to fix. Easy fix that I could have completed myself, but decided I would use my warranty. More
