Have had Ford SUV’s serviced here for years. Usually have Jay or Troy as service advisor’s. Both are receptive and polite when dealing with customers. Current issues with vehicles addressed well. Just started having issues with my new 2020 Explorer with less than 10k miles on it. Service dept is extremely rude and not at all helpful. Every time I would try to talk I would get cut off.
