Stopped in to have the mud flap fixed I noticed my mud flap was hanging on by one of the connectors after several snow storms so I stopped by my Ford place. Great Service on my first visit! The service team was able to help me with the factory recall I had on my 2013 Ford Focus Sedan SE. They were patient and courteous with explaining th The service team was able to help me with the factory recall I had on my 2013 Ford Focus Sedan SE. They were patient and courteous with explaining the issues that the car needed attention too and were helpful in regards to the time needed to my car back in a better place for the road. They also took the time to explain my other needs that the car will need in the future and provided thorough paperwork that helped me understand what those needs were going to be. After just recently moving here from California, I felt a sense of relief when talking to both Troy Hanlon and Jay Ostrander when talking about my cars problems and what they could do to get my car back in tip-top shape. This was hands down one of the best experiences I have had at a Ford Service Center in helping me with my car issues.
