Metro Ford - Service Center

Oil leak from oil pan Brought car in for oil leak, kept the car for 8 hours. I had to call to see if it was ready. Basically said they can’t find the obvious leak that I co Brought car in for oil leak, kept the car for 8 hours. I had to call to see if it was ready. Basically said they can’t find the obvious leak that I could see under the car. Said they put a fluid in the car to see where oil is coming from with uv light. Told me to come back in a couple days, didn’t take my name or make me cheduale an appointment. Just said he would be there and would get me in. Didn’t go back. Waste of day , miles, time. So I switched dealers. Bought the car from Metro. It currently has 3,200 miles , replaced oil pan, still leaking. Currently getting serviced for second oil leak. More

Service is Great Troy and the whole crew in the service department are excellent. Faster then expected I had to bring my truck in for recall service, no big deal. They asked when I needed it back to which I answered at least by end of day.
