Longest oil change ever At one point during this routine oil change, I actually considered that it would have been quicker for me to just change it myself, or go to a jiffy l At one point during this routine oil change, I actually considered that it would have been quicker for me to just change it myself, or go to a jiffy lube or somewhere similar. With no exaggeration, it took 1 hour and 15 minutes for an oil change and tire rotation. I have never waited this long for that service anywhere I’ve ever been. More

Recall was easy Needed to bring in my F150 for a door recall. Called and made an appointment and decided to have my oil changed while it was in the shop. Dropped off my truck, got a ride home from the dealer's free ride program, and waited for a call when it was done. I was advised it would be around 4 pm. At 3:45, I got the call and went and picked up my truck. Everything was done as expected without any problems. Glad to have used Metro Ford for service. More
