They didn't fix the main issue we brought the car in for. We brought the car in for several reasons - NYS inspection, to check out some noise under the carriage - but mostly to fix a passenger side locking me We brought the car in for several reasons - NYS inspection, to check out some noise under the carriage - but mostly to fix a passenger side locking mechanism that wasn't working. It wouldn't unlock using the fob or the unlock mechanism on the door, so the door had to be opened by someone already inside the car using the handle. They showed a -0- charge on the invoice for the lock repair, which we initially thought was great, but then quickly realized they hadn't even addressed it. Now we have to make a second appointment, which is very difficult given our schedules. Not the best experience this time around. More

On this occasion, my tires were near the point of replacement and we discussed what brand/ The service advisers are always very friendly and helpful. On this occasion, my tires were near the point of replacement and we discussed what brand/model to replace them with. They didn't have the brand/model I wanted in the size I needed but the adviser agreed with my choice saying he had researched tires for his wife's car and came to the same conclusion - that brand/model and one other that they DID have in stock. I have the price quote and I am checking to see if I can get a better price... I felt this was above and beyond the expected 'sales pitch'... More
