My service there was great. Had a oil change and tires rotated I had a 1230 app I was done and out by 145 which was great about a hour was great everything al there was great. Warranty work I discovered something leaking from the engine on the drivers side. Called Metro Ford and made appointment and dropped of my F150. Troy handled my cas I discovered something leaking from the engine on the drivers side. Called Metro Ford and made appointment and dropped of my F150. Troy handled my case with complete professional and explained that they had to free up a specialty tech to determine the issue so he arranged a loaner vehicle and once it was determined what was wrong it was repaired and no problems since. Troy’s handling of this was excellent and I’ve known him since he was service manager at Lazare Lincoln Mercury in Colonie about 10 years ago. More
