Tire purchase and repair. I have been to Metro's tire facility [Quick lane]] twice in the last month for tire repairs. The first was a short nail that went into the right front I have been to Metro's tire facility [Quick lane]] twice in the last month for tire repairs. The first was a short nail that went into the right front tire tread horizontally and required no repair upon removal and no cost to me. The second happened within a week with a nail in the left front tire tread that was causing a very slow leak [Air every 3 days from my tire sensor]. The car was taken in immediately while I went across the street to have a quick McDonalds with my 4 year old grandson. Upon returning , I found the tire repaired and the car waiting. The cost was comparable to other tire dealers for the repair. It was fast, efficient, and done with a customer friendly attitude. More

Warrantee repair I had an issue with the seatbelts mechanism for the passenger seat with it arbitrarily locking up. Poor service. This is the last time I’ll ever go to Metro Ford for service. Had life time brakes and rotors installed approx five years ago. Rear brakes need replac This is the last time I’ll ever go to Metro Ford for service. Had life time brakes and rotors installed approx five years ago. Rear brakes need replacing but I lost my receipt. They show in the computer the work was done but state the computer was purged so unless I show a receipt there not honoring the lifetime brakes. Quick lane oil change was a positive experience and gave great service. If this is read by management at Metro don’t try to contact me like you’ve done in the past, I’m done with your dealership and will be purging all your numbers. More
