dealership is fine. ..but my 2017 ford f150 ( bought there ) will be my last ford ever...after checking about heated seat ..cost $150...was told the repair would cost an ..but my 2017 ford f150 ( bought there ) will be my last ford ever...after checking about heated seat ..cost $150...was told the repair would cost an additional $850 dollars = $1,000...caused by seat moving ( thought the seats were made to move )...after spending $400 on rear view camera a month ago...after spending $250 for low oil presser switch ( oil pressure was fine )...just switch was bad...after 3 f150s , and numerous other fords..this will be my last...someone has to make a better truck !! More

No oil change sticker in the window, I had to come back for that. The coupon I presented at scheduling was not reflected in the price. Really starting to reassess using your service department. Oh, and when I paid I was handed the receipt and they couldn’t find my keys. Add another 5 mins to the transaction. More
