I got this survey today but did not have my vehicle in for service. I have been trying to get ahold of the dealer manager with no success. ( I do not believe he even exits). I call the dealership becaus for service. I have been trying to get ahold of the dealer manager with no success. ( I do not believe he even exits). I call the dealership because my vehicle information and my name are linked to my brothers information. The staff at Metro say there is no problem, but there is. Today my brother had an appointment for his truck, he never received any reminders, they all came to me. When he went to get service they had ordered the wrong part, it was for my type of vehicle, not his. Communication at this dealership is nonexistent, they never return your calls, transfer you when you call to the wrong department or to a number that rings and rings and no one answers. Terrible! More
