Aiden(? ) was great, I showed up a week early for my appointment, he said he could probably get it in that day to diagnose my CEL. Well an hour and half later ) was great, I showed up a week early for my appointment, he said he could probably get it in that day to diagnose my CEL. Well an hour and half later he called me not only to tell me what the problem with the CEL was, but like most automotive shops, they looked my car over and found a broken rear shock mount and my rear brakes were down to metal. Funny thing is that I knew of both these problems and was going to do it myself, but Aiden said he could get everything done that same day….he came true on his statement and car was completed by 2pm. I was even able to get the shuttle driver to bring me home and pick me back up when the car was done. It was a very good experience, of course we always wish the cost would be less, but the dealership has bills and people to pay just like we do. I would recommend Metro to anyone and I’ll be back for my future needs. More
