Metro Ford - Service Center

Was very disappointed how things were handled got the run around for 3 days before I finally was told the person in the department was not even working. Spoke to a ruid worker who told me I could come back a around for 3 days before I finally was told the person in the department was not even working. Spoke to a ruid worker who told me I could come back and get my car If I couldn’t be patient after calling 3 days being told my car was next to be worked I think I was very patient. all along them knowing my my car was going to sit cause there was no one there to work on it. No contact from the service center was ever made to me given the option to come retrieve my car and schedule a new appointment when they realized it wouldn’t be getting looked at for another week. Went to retrieve my car after the department was closed and was able to talk to the service manager who was very helpful and understanding. Was able to get me into a loaner car that evening and was very apologetic. The only plus to this whole experience was talking to him. Honesty goes a long way my scheduled maintenance appointment should have never been scheduled but most importantly if they were honest the first 3 times I called I wouldn’t have been so upset. More

Your service sucks, vehicle has been there twice with an appointment set up by you and the vehicle wasn’t even looked at. You did the same thing with my other vehicle and it still hasn’t been fixed so I am appointment set up by you and the vehicle wasn’t even looked at.
