I’m happy to recommend them to anyone I know in need of a car in the NYC area. More

Visiting this dealership since 1996. Bought my 1sr care here. Still do the servicing of my new Honda car here. Service team is good. But not sure why service managers change every couple of months. This is a bait and switch dealership. Today, I contacted two reps Naomi and Stephanie on availability of an internet car advertised car. I had to ask Naomi twice. Stephanie confirmed 11:46 am. I arrive at two reps Naomi and Stephanie on availability of an internet car advertised car. I had to ask Naomi twice. Stephanie confirmed 11:46 am. I arrive at the dealership approximately 12:33 and was told the car sold. I got upset with the salesperson telling this is my 5th or 6th experience with a Honda dealership that an internet currently advertised car has been sold when I arrive at the dealership after confirming it was available before making the trip. He says the car is wholesale, needs a lot of work, is available but not for sale. I asked why the reps did not state so. He says their responsibility is to bring in customers not make sales. Fyi Honda Certified used websites also currently advertises cars sold/no longer available months ago. The dealers respond that they are not responsible what Honda advertises as inventory at the dealerships. Basically Honda and its dealerships falsely advertises on the internet to bring in foot traffic. You can confirm their business practices for yourself. More
The work was fine but too long to wait and no update on the time when the suv would be ready. I was there for a recall. the time when the suv would be ready. I was there for a recall. More
