I dropped my car off for a radio issue and they kept it for 4 days. I was never called with any updates about the service and the service advisor refused to pick up any calls. I had to call into the servic for 4 days. I was never called with any updates about the service and the service advisor refused to pick up any calls. I had to call into the service center and complain a few times until they would do anything. When I eventually got my car back my radio still has the same issues so I’m not actually sure if any service was done to my car in the days they had it. More
