My response is that with over 12 years of being a customer this is ongoing, so much so that my most recent visit was to have an oil change on my accord and shop for a new car while i wait, I was 45 minutes late to meet with Horatio and with the short supply i could not get a new lease. That was the nail in the coffin, decided to purchase elsewhere and end my business with metro.
