I would avoid buying a vehicle from here. Fees are $2000 for delivery, inspection, registration, documents, vehicle prep. Etc. Over $1500 than most dealerships. And oh yeah $250 for buying the vehicle at th for delivery, inspection, registration, documents, vehicle prep. Etc. Over $1500 than most dealerships. And oh yeah $250 for buying the vehicle at the online price. I came there to purchase a vehicle that was posted online from there dealer. Looked at the vehicle and an car salesman greeted me. I informed him i wanted to buy this vehicle after the test drive and a personal inspection. The car salesman walks me to his desk and soon presents me with a piece of paper with the wrong pricing of the vehicle financed amount and tries to get me to choose what type of payments do I prefer amongst 48, 60, or 72 payments with my down payment. I did my own calculations for the pricing of the vehicle, down payment and sales tax. This when things got tricky. When I ask for the salesman the fees that are applied with this auto loan. This is my second time leasing a car at Metro Honda. I came back to this dealership because of the excellent experience I had with their salesman David Bivins. David’s knowledge of all the cars in the de came back to this dealership because of the excellent experience I had with their salesman David Bivins. David’s knowledge of all the cars in the dealership is impressive. He takes the time to educate the customer and gets to know you. I’ve always left feeling comfortable and confident in my purchases. David is the type of salesman that makes you want to go back year after year because you can tell he really cares about pleasing the customer. I will be back to Metro when my lease is up and will exclusively do business with David as he continues to exceed my expectations. More
Very frustrating experience with Metro Honda. I had called and email them before coming in so that I did not waste my time and their time. They told me that usually the price in person is better than t called and email them before coming in so that I did not waste my time and their time. They told me that usually the price in person is better than the online price but it was the opposite. I came in for a used certified vehicle as advertised in their site. When I asked for the total itemized price, they were adding an additional $4K versus the only price(which already included the taxes, tags and dealer fees). They were trying to charge me $2K to certified the car BUT it was already advertised as certified. On top of that they wanted to charge me another $1,800 on fake and silly fees. This is exactly what I was trying to avoid calling ahead of time. This dealer does a lot of false advertisement online to get people in the door. I feel bad for people that do not take the time to undertand all the added fees and only focus on the monthly payment. Will never buy from here and I will advise friends and family to avoid this place. I wish I could give 0 stars. More
Josh is the best. Definitely will recommend people o know to come here. He spent the entire day with us making sure we got what we wanted. Overall, service is ok. I had two issues that I usually don’t have with other dealers such as Nissan and Toyota because I do have two more cars. First, the paper that I signed and break down my payment has don’t have with other dealers such as Nissan and Toyota because I do have two more cars. First, the paper that I signed and break down my payment has an extra $10 which the advisor did not tell me about. Second, there is no explanation for what things need to be fixed. I had a service with other dealer for my other car. I can tell the difference. They stated what they recommend for my car. Just in case if I want to fix it later. But Honda Metro just called me and said on the phone and did not specify which tire need to be replaced. He just said passenger tire. More
