My father let me know immediately that the manager was nasty to him and snapped at him. That is not how you do customer service- there is no reason in the world to snap at an elderly man. I will not be changing my review- even though you emailed me so you could apologize. There are way too many other dealerships to have to worry that some random dude might raise his voice at my father.

We came in with a large down payment looking to purchase a vehicle "that" day and I believe if Richardo was more negotiable and more of a salesperson, he wouldn't have let us just get up and leave after I informed him that I wasn't interested in his $100.00 off deal; he put profit first, over the need of a customer, who took their business to another dealership and the reason why this review was written: Went there on Saturday May 15 to help my daughter purchase a 2018 CERTIFIED CRV, she was already APPROVED not Pre-Approved for a loan at 2.5%, got to location and observed sticker price on vehicle to be just about $5,000 more than what my daughter observed online, she was told that was the "walk in" price and they would honor the online price. My daughter like and wanted that vehicle, so when we sat down to look at the numbers, mind you they were informed of her APPROVED loan, so they ran the numbers and came up with figures financing the loan through their bank, which was the same bank she was received the loan from but at 5%. Then l observed that they wanted to charge $300.00 for the observing the vehicle "online", then another charge for inspecting a CERTIFIED vehicle which I was then told it was out of warranty and then another $2,000.00 for a 2 year service plan, my daughter was looking at monthly payment of over $550.00 When I told them the price of the vehicle from the start was to high and to compare the value via Kelly Blue Book, and lets see what can be done, I wasn't there to try to steal the deal, but I wanted a "FAIR" price. So here come RICHARDO, I asked what he could do, told me he couldn't do that number, "never" made a counter offer BUT offered to take $100.00 of the price; a whole $100.00. I could have been "THAT" guy with such a insult but I wasn't, my daughter and I just got up and left, sat in my car for a few minutes and left. We went to a Honda Dealer in YONKERS, NY purchased a 2020 CERTIFIED CRV, with no B.S. additional charges and with a monthly payment in the mid $300's. Two days later, my daughter received 2 text messages, 1 from someone name Benny (so call sales manager) and a female who wanted to speak to her, my daughter informed her that she had already purchased a vehicle. This dealership reminds me of one in Queens, NY named MAJOR WORLD, with all these hidden fees, such a relief knowing that we didn't purchase a vehicle from this place. The young lady who assisted us was very nice and pleasant

Mr. Cornieles, thank you for contacting me regarding my experience at your dealership. My daughter and I we went there because she was interested in the Certified Pre-Owned 2018 Grey CRV, she test drove it and decided that she wanted it and it was the color she wanted!! Again, I wasn't there to steal a deal but I wanted to be treated fairly, but come on... I was insulted, we were looking at a $26,000.00 vehicle, regardless the number I gave Richardo, not once did he try to negotiate with me beside making an offer to take off $100.00; what does a $100.00 do for us? When I said I wasn't interested, Richardo didn't even go out of his way or show any interest to keeping us from leaving. We drove an hour and 45 minutes "ready" to purchase that 2018 Grey CRV, ending up walking out and walking into another dealership and driving out with a 2020 Silver CRV. So you can thank Richardo for steering us to another dealership

On the vehicle your daughter was interested in we had already priced the vehicle at our lowest possible price. As you likely already know, there is a shortage of automobiles for sale currently and this is affecting the market for vehicles. Most of our customers are less inclined to want to engage in so much back-and-forth in negotiating a deal. This is why we try to price out vehicles at our lowest possible price upfront. I hope we did not offend you by putting our best price upfront. From what you wrote it seems your daughter ended up getting a sweet deal on 2018 Honda CRV. Congratulations and all the best.
