Visited yesterday for 55k miles servicing for my Honda CRV. This was first time as we moved from Ohio. I booked online appointment and everything was quick. Advisor was helpful and they captured everyth CRV. This was first time as we moved from Ohio. I booked online appointment and everything was quick. Advisor was helpful and they captured everything. But they are not having wash service currently. Also they dont have shuttle service currently as I requested online. There were some wear and tear for which they asked confirmation to proceed but looks like labor charges are too high. Other than that they did good job. Also got one complimentary wash coupon which is plus. More

I felt rushed. They came and told me my brakes were bad, even though a few months prior I had my brakes done at my regular honda dealer. I asked them if there was any way they could find out info from the o even though a few months prior I had my brakes done at my regular honda dealer. I asked them if there was any way they could find out info from the other Honda dealer and they told me no. I was also told one price at the desk and was charged a different price when it was time to pay. Unfortunately, I know nothing about cars and with the fear of ‘bad breaks’ I decided to just pay. One of the worse Honda experiences ever. I usually get serviced at Route 22 Honda. More
