I ended up paying more for the exact service than what he stated to me upon agreement. Once I spoke with him afterwards, he stated that he will assist me with a discount on service during my next visit. I have contacted him multiple times to provide me this in writing, as he did not even properly authorize the discount he mentioned to me during my original visit. Following multiple conversations during this week, he has stated that he will send this information to me in writing via email. He still has not done so and I don’t believe he will. This was just in reference to the price. The time that I had to wait for my vehicle was another issue. Had I not called in, I would not have been made aware by William that my vehicle was ready for pickup. Very unprofessional More

The only reason I'm leavung 4 out of 5 stars is because Metro Honda had limited stock / color in vehicle im currently leasing. Best experience thus far. I am leaving one star solely based on the manager Melvin at this dealership. I have never met someone more rude and short tempered in my life. Guy speaks to customers with the worst attitude, and condescend at this dealership. I have never met someone more rude and short tempered in my life. It’s a shock to me how he was able to obtain a manager position. I do not recommend this dealership. More

I informed her that I was self-quarantining and following the recommendations under the 14-day quarantine travel advisory announced by the Governors of New Jersey, New York, and Connecticut but that did not seem to matter to her. I contacted other dealers, and none had an issue with discussing a deal through either phone, email, or text because of the Pandemic. More

Great Service (Not So Much Afterwards) Service here was excellent. Dealer offered me a Lyft ride back to my place of work since no loaner vehicles were available. Got everything done within a few hours. **UPDATE June 5, 2020** As I was close to my next oil change, I discovered the rear end of my Honda was making a loud humming noise at highway speeds. I was thinking one of the wheel bearings was going on the rear as I've heard this noise before on a previous car. Took it my local Honda dealer (not Metro Honda) because I had an extended warranty and the warranty would cover the wheel bearing replacement. Dealer discovered that all 4 wheels inner side of the tire were more worn than the rest of the entire tire tread. Diagnosis from local Honda Dealer - BAD WHEEL ALIGNMENT. Paid the dealer for their diagnostic fee and drove the car down the street to a local mechanic who I know and his diagnosis - BAD WHEEL ALIGNMENT. Part of the 30k service I received and paid for at Metro Honda back when I wrote this original review, was a wheel alignment (per their recommendation). Clearly they did a poor alignment and now I will need to order new tires a lot sooner than I needed. Observe the warnings of poor reviews on dealer rater, Yelp and Google about this dealer. I originally thought I had paid for good service and in the end I got shafted on a crappy alignment done by this dealer. More
