He kept me informed every step of the way, and he even called me on several occasions; i.e. when my license plates and registration were ready, and asked me how I liked my brand new CRV. I do say Metro Honda treated me like I was one of the family; and if I had any questions, Patrick was always there to assist me. I would recommend all of my friends, colleagues or anybody who I am acquainted with. On a scale of 1 to 10, I definitely give Metro Honda a 10. More

For my 1st car buying experience, This was probably the worst. I will never step foot in this establishment again. The day I went to purchase the car I was there for about 5 hours. After looking at tw worst. I will never step foot in this establishment again. The day I went to purchase the car I was there for about 5 hours. After looking at two different cars we settled on a car and then a price. We shook on a monthly price and length on my financed 2020 Accord. We started signing paperwork at 10pm and while signing, my brother who was there with me noticed that in the numbers page, it didn't match up. An additional three months was added to the deal. I expressed the difference to the finance manager and he said there's nothing he could do. I unfortunately just signed because I had been there so long. My salesman assured me he would do everything he can do to fix it. Received no call or follow up. His manager called 2 days later saying we signed and there was nothing that could be done and wanted to know when I would make the final payment. I love the car, but hated the experience. Dealt with Nicholas from Sales, Adam his manager, Scott from Finance. All get zero stars in my book. More
