Mr. Wilson Rivera and the rest of the staff were consistent in their polite greetings and made me and my friend very well attended and left w/o any complaints. That was a great experience, considering my bad allergy, Mr Rivera assured us comfort, and ease in negotiating, the whole process was a great experience, thank you all and keep up the great work. Extremely poor service Car was ready for pickup at 2 pm but when I went to pickup it wasn’t cleaned. Oil change was done in the bill but still showed 40%. Reason told was th Car was ready for pickup at 2 pm but when I went to pickup it wasn’t cleaned. Oil change was done in the bill but still showed 40%. Reason told was the service guy forgot to change oil. Had to wait an extra 2 hours and nobody cared to inform me once car was done. I don’t have any confidence now if metro Honda actually did any service or just charged me for those. More

Incompetent staff I am very disappointed with the service provided at Metro Honda. I wish I could give ZERO rating. Very incompetent staff who do not complete the necessary paper work and the conversations happening on phone/email are considered void. As a consumer you would take the word of your sales rep if they say they will provide you the second key a week later or next time you visit to collect registration. When you actually book appointment with service team they charge us for the key since the sales rep forgot to enter the details of item pending in the system/or signing a document that we as a consumer weren’t aware of. I would not recommend this place as they are just trying to rip you off in everyway possible. In case you still plan on going with the dealership make sure to take everything in writing (anything they deliver or not deliver at the time of purchase) and question the entire contract since they won't explain you the difference between car price and on road price. They try to sell you things as "perk" even though you end up paying for it. More
A waste of time! I went yesterday to trade-in my current civic for an accord, and spent close to 5 hours there for nothing. The 2 sales managers have horrendous customer service. Told me I had to wait 35 minutes for the finance team because they were “busy”. Comes back 30 minutes later to tell me that I was approved but they needed to “tweak” the approval for a supposed better offer on the “best” deal I was getting, and that they would call me back the following day. It’s the following day and I have yet to hear from anyone. I will never ever come back there again. My family has been going to this dealership for over 20 years, and it’s always the same xxxxxxxx. Thanks, but no thanks. More
Terribly Saddened and Disappointed Customer I had the worst experience at this dealership to have 6 spark plugs and 6 ignition coils replaced. I made my appointment in advance and asked to be called, texted, or emailed if it was possible to have the work done. The dealership called and confirmed the appointment and I arrived at 7:30am. When I arrived, no one greeted me. I was standing just waiting for someone to acknowledge me. When the guy did acknowledge me, he told me to drive my car to the door. I did, and a woman pulled in behind me. She got out of her car and sat at the desk of the gentleman who was supposed to be helping me. He looked at me and proceeded to help her. I looked at him, as if to say "What about me?" He just looked at me and said "Anyone can help you." I stood there while the other people were transfixed on computer screens or cell phones. Finally, the only female that was there asked me was I being helped. I told her what had happened and she helped me. I was sent into the waiting room at 7:50 am and no one updated me about the status of my car until I texted the service app and wrote, " I know your are very busy, but can you please let me know what is going on with my car? I have been here since 7:30 am and was told to sit in the waiting room until you arrived. No one has said anything to me about my car. Is this normal operating procedure here?" That was sent to him at 11:49am. He responded at 1:02 pm through a return text, " Hey McArthur, I apologize for not communicating with you. Your vehicle is being worked on, we just needed to wait on parts to come in which took a really long time. Also this job on this car takes a really long time to do." The next time I heard from him was at 2:53pm "The work is done on your vehicle, the technician is running tests on it to make sure your car is good to go." I didn't get me car until 4:30pm! 4:30pm. for 6 spark plugs and 6 ignition coils, since 7:30 am. Then to add injury to insult, they took it upon themselves to give me an old change, which I never asked for. I told the guy, that I had not requested an oil change. He said no problem and said that he would take it off. He made changes on the form to indicate that he had removed the charge, but in fact he added the charges under miscellaneous and inflated the price of the service to include the oil change. Just unbelievable!!! I am so disappointed in the dishonest billing practice and poor customer service that I received. I was told that I was a part of the MetroHonda family when I purchased the vehicle in April of 2019. If this is the way Metro Honda treats family, then I don't want to be a part of this family. Long gone are the days when businesses and its customers share a mutual loyalty with each other. I was loyal to take my car to the dealership in which I purchased it, because I wanted to be a loyal customer. Metro Honda didn't share the same sentiment. I am a very disappointed customer. I can't even express in words how horrible my experience was. I am recanting my recommendations that I gave to my colleagues about purchasing from this dealer. They take your money and treat you terribly after they have gotten it. So disappointed. More

If I have clearly vocalized my opinion and my response for not agreeing to the "deal on the table" what would make a salesman believe that I would want to do business with someone who is full.of nonsense especially after I said PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT ME AGAIN!! That's what I call harrassment!! If I stated, please do not contact me ever again, that would mean email, letter and text!!! How unprofessionally to continue contacting me especially with the the time frame of my last visit being so short..Please get a hobby or reread your salesman etiquette manual because you clearly have failed AGAIN!! In person it was an uncomfortable meeting, not helpful and my information and credit were never even reviewed as they informed me it was being "looked over". The lack of interest in our trade in/purchase questions was very insulting. No effort on sales person/manager end; as if we were some naive individuals who had never purchased vehicles with them and didnt know how the game worked. I prefer straight forward honesty from the beginning and not have my time wasted, a huge let down and turn off for a long time Metro Honda customer. On to the next..bigger and better dealership and customer service! More
