I have bad experience. I will not recommend any one I trade in my car at this dealership, They did sale fraud with me first they tell me the car is 19000.00 when is check the book value on the car it I trade in my car at this dealership, They did sale fraud with me first they tell me the car is 19000.00 when is check the book value on the car it say 14000 then say ok they could do 14000 too I say ok it was end off the day they rush me to do paper work and they tell me I have bad credit scoreI have 773 credit score if thats bad what is good they rep me off totally I didn't even check any think just sign because the are certified Honda dealer I trust then it was wrong Today I call the loan company to pay the loan they told me that my payoff amount is 18,884 They even told me I have rear view camera in my car it wasn't there then I had service light on first day while driving the car. They say they will fix everything after 3 day my car was in service there was nothing fix. salesman Scott lied to me about everything about the car then the manger Rafael said he will take care off it which he didn't. HOW!!!!!! let me tell you everything that I came up with to get a loan for the kia... didnt work... they valued my trade in at 4500.00 when kbb was higher.. ok at this point was was giving up... so made a phone call and gave them another deal... How come all of a sudden they can make deal with a brand new 2018 Honda CR V... That's when I knew right there that they liked about the 2014 kia... They gave me 2018 honda crv leased... but wouldn't finance a 2014 Kia Santa Fe..... BEWARE More
