Very nice Rachel was very helpful. I did encounter a gent in the beginning who’s desk I was told to sit down at. When. I did, he gruffly told me he was leaving Rachel was very helpful. At that point I saw Rachel and that she was rather busy. She motioned that she would be done in just a second, and she took care of me. Fast and easy Service was done in time frame promised, done effectively, and impact on my work life was basically none with the benefit of a very nice loaner. My cu Service was done in time frame promised, done effectively, and impact on my work life was basically none with the benefit of a very nice loaner. My customer service care person Rachel was wonderful and sensitive to my special life circumstances. I originally used another dealer service center but after one oil change with Metro I decided to switch. Almost 2 years later, and I am still satisfied with the customer service experience at Metro Honda. I hope to make a new CR-V purchase in the next year and will make it at Metro. More
