The dealership won't send me the title to my car. We bought a used CRV from the dealer back in October of 2017, for which we paid cash. A few months later they started sending us postcards that they We bought a used CRV from the dealer back in October of 2017, for which we paid cash. A few months later they started sending us postcards that they had our title and I should call them. They said we had to come to the dealership and sign some forms to get the title. We told them we live a couple of hours away in central Jersey, we didn't want to pay for gas and tolls to and from Jersey city, and could they please just send us the title--we would sign any papers and return these to the dealer. They won't send the title via certified mail or FEDEX, so we are at a disappointing standoff. Based on their unwillingness to work with us to get us the title I would not recommend, nor would we buy another car from this dealer. We're going to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau next, but I'm not sure any of this will help solve the problem. More
