Horrible service Bought a used car from here. After 3 days from purchase the car was having issues. After MULIPLE calls to dealer to resolve the problem I’ve still ne Bought a used car from here. After 3 days from purchase the car was having issues. After MULIPLE calls to dealer to resolve the problem I’ve still never spoken to someone. Managers and sales person were always busy. Left phone #’s for a return call and haven’t received one yet(I’m writing this 3 days after calls). Do yourself a favor and skip this dealer! More

Service I took the vehicle l lease for an oil change and to check to see if it needed any other service. Rachel was the only one working at the receiving desk I took the vehicle l lease for an oil change and to check to see if it needed any other service. Rachel was the only one working at the receiving desk during the time l was there. The entire time l sat from 6:30pm to approximately 8:30pm she was running around assisting all clients. I personally thanked her and even suggested she should be recognized for her hard work and dedication. I was very pleased with her service. More

She was also able to accommodate me with a loaner vehicle so I can get back and forth to work during the 2 day repair process. Wheel lock key Went to Metrohonda to inform them that the wheel lock key was nowhere to be found on the car. Rear passengers side tire is having a low tire pressure, Went to Metrohonda to inform them that the wheel lock key was nowhere to be found on the car. Rear passengers side tire is having a low tire pressure,Andre , a service advisor took care of me . Change the the one with lock with regular lug nuts with my approval and was told that the rear passengers tire was ok but if the tire pressure monitor will come up again , they will take care of it More
