I took my truck for a recall of the airbags and of course from their free inspection they found I needed a new belt and tensioner pulley. They charged me 200 bucks for tensioner while online price at Honda was 111. The belt was changed just last year I told them but some how it was in terrible condition after it was dropped off to Metro Honda. The serpentine belt was 60 dollars while online was 35. I told them about the online prices they said they might now be reputable place and will not warranty the parts if I buy it from other sources. Even though it's from another Honda dealer. They charged me 2 hours labor which is 250 bucks to change the belt and tensioner which should take only 30 minutes. At the end they got me for 513 dollars. Here's the kicker, my truck had no issues before I brung them the truck. I park In the same spot at my house as I do every time. However, this time I notice a puddle of anti freeze on the floor of my driveway. It was coincidence that after I let them fix my truck other issues came up now. It could be that they intentionally sabotage my car but they will deny it. They could have loosen a hose or something to that extent. So please beware of the service department looking for more work if you bring in your car. Your best choice is find another Honda dealership or a trusted mechanic. More

Horrible service Bought a used car from here. After 3 days from purchase the car was having issues. After MULIPLE calls to dealer to resolve the problem I’ve still ne Bought a used car from here. Service I took the vehicle l lease for an oil change and to check to see if it needed any other service. Rachel was the only one working at the receiving desk I took the vehicle l lease for an oil change and to check to see if it needed any other service. Rachel was the only one working at the receiving desk during the time l was there. The entire time l sat from 6:30pm to approximately 8:30pm she was running around assisting all clients. I personally thanked her and even suggested she should be recognized for her hard work and dedication. I was very pleased with her service. More
