Replacement of flat tire. I recently replaced my front tires. Within a month I had a flat. Metro Hondo replaced the flat at no cost as a courtesy. From the sales rep to finance, everything went well. 30+ days later, my license plates aren't ready and have expired. I've called the sales person, his supervisor and the finance manager all for an update and I've been told to call the next day. I spoke with the sales rep's manager and he told me to come in and they will handle it. I get to the dealership and I stood by the front desk for 10min before being greeted! After that, I was told to 'have a seat' my sales rep will be with me shortly and I had to wait an additional 20 minutes (maybe more) before the sales rep greeted me. Even after that, i had to wait an additional 10 minutes to get an excuse of 'the person that does the DMV runs got into a car accident and everything is behind.' First of all, that's not my problem. Second of all, I should of gotten a call explaining the reason why there is a delay and a solution. What did I get? We can pay for any tickets that you get. I asked the rep 'So if I go into the city, parked my vehicle and my vehicle gets towed, will you pay for the ticket, the towing fee and the junk yard fee?' The sales rep eyes grew wider and asked me if i was going to the city (not his business if I was going to but you did say you were going to pay for any tickets I received. I told the sales rep 'Thought so' and then he offered to give me a loaner car until my license plates were ready. How long will it be? The sales rep said I don't know, maybe a week? What type of customer service is this that you are providing to the community? I came here based on a referral from a close friend but I am beyond disappointed. The reasoning and the lack of communication is one that boggles my mind. The loaner I received reeks of the last person's perfume. Metro Honda, this is very disappointing. April 3, 2018 update. It's been a week since I left my vehicle at Metro Honda for an expired temp plate and still no update. I've been calling every day and have been getting the run around. More

Great service, great people I went there for oil change. The staff was very nice and professional. It was done in 45 minutes. They are willing to match offers from other dealers.
