We were then introduced to Silfredo “Freddy” Lopez which was knowledgeable of the product and did not make us feel pressured by any means. While talking specifics with numbers.... Sales Manager Miguel Rosario assisted and was nothing short of amazing. He made the process easy and helped met our every concern and budget where we were absolutely comfortable. Once again, no smoke and mirrors, and absolutely no pressure. He was a straight shooter where I can absolutely respect. After awaiting all paperwork to be completed we were taken to Business Manager Luis Martinez. The professionalism, customer service he demonstrated was what put this dealership as a 5 star rating. All 3 gentleman handled to entire process effortlessly and I will recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone I know looking for a great deal on a new or used car! Thank you guys again! Super accommodating and helpful! I made an appointment for 4:00pm on the Friday before Christmas, and as I left work in Bergen County before 3:00pm, the GPS said my ETA would be 4:15 I made an appointment for 4:00pm on the Friday before Christmas, and as I left work in Bergen County before 3:00pm, the GPS said my ETA would be 4:15 because of the Holiday traffic rush. I called Metro Honda, and Maggie (?) was super understanding and adjusted my appointment to 4:15. I still arrived a bit later due to the increasing amounts of traffic, but it ended up not being an issue. Gabe promptly helped me and answered all my questions about my upcoming service appointment, and despite being late, he still had my car finished in an hour. Thank you so much Metro Honda! The additional fees result in average prices overall. But I guess that’s expected when you work w a dealership. It seems like the only way to get a truly great deal is to bring someone who knows how to haggle. Otherwise, expect to pay a fair price, knowing you’re not overpaying. So that’s a plus. Unfortunately there’s no perks when choosing this location, but the customer service is great. At least that was my experience with Adam, who does everything he can to make you feel comfortable and not pressured. At the end of the day, what was important to me was knowing that this dealership cared about my happiness. I will most likely choose them in the future as a result. More
