Older Pilot responded

The day after your response I called Michelle, left a message, no call back. Two days later I called again and spoke to a switchboard operator who said Michelle was now in some sales meeting but she would give her the message. But I also left another voice mail. Still no call back. VERY BAD SERVICE CENTER and xx Customer Support. I'm now trying to contact a regional HONDA rep because I'm not happy about having to pay for part of a service not done correctly. This BTW is the second time I had poor service with Metro Honda. I will NEVER recommend this service center and although it's not a lot of money for the service work, I want it back now! Service was only for a wheel alignment and tire balance. Both were screwed up!
