Disappointed 3 reviews 1.0 star rating 7/23/2016 I went to look at a Chrysler Pacifica in Feb - they couldn't let me drive it and I could barely get into it d 3 reviews 1.0 star rating 7/23/2016 I went to look at a Chrysler Pacifica in Feb - they couldn't let me drive it and I could barely get into it due to it had a dead battery (after I drove 1.5 hours to get there). I chalked it up to bad luck and tried to laugh it off with our salesperson Nick Redondo. I went back with my husband to look at it and we took it for a test drive (they had a new battery in it). Things were looking good and we were ready to purchase it- we asked to look at it on the lift- Nick was very accommodating and had it done. Once on the lift my husband saw the front frame was completely rotted out - he literally put his finger through it. He informed them this car was not safe to be driven. The manager came out and said they would see about taking care of the problem. We ended up signing the papers based on the subframe was fixed to our satisfaction. I told them the etching fee wasn't correct but they insisted we pay it. WEEKS went by and we waited patiently. Nick even commented how patient we were with the whole situation. We eventually got the call the car was ready and we picked it up. 3 days later the whole right side started to bounce when I drove it- I had it looked at by a mechanic who said it wasn't safe to drive and that they didn't properly do the subframe. Metro did tow it and give me a rental car which was great. It was fixed and the car was driven back to me which was also great. They forgot to put my lug nut key back in my car so I did wait to get that in the mail. I called the number on the etching one day and it wasn't even active and the etching wasn't even in my vin#- I called and demanded a refund on etching on June 15, I also said they never refunded me the difference of the registration fee. They had told me they overcharge you to make sure when they goto the DMV the fee is covered. The amount I paid was more then the amount charged on the DMV receipt- I am yet to hear why the registration fee difference can't be refunded- I requested paperwork to show extra fee's and I was told I would have to talk to someone there - I called 3x and recieved 1 call back. 2 weeks ago Nick Redondo told me the etching fee was going out in the email as $200 of referral checks. I have called him, texted, emailed and I have called for a manger and left a message 2x- no one will call me back and no refund check still. etching refund $200 Amt I paid for reg $257.50 Amt on DMV receipt $218.50 Difference= $39 More

When I pointed that they said they were not aware. Later they told me to wait for 2 days for new vehicle, then they gave me a vehicle with factory defect. I asked them to return my money. Worst dealership in New Jersey - Beware - Dont Go ! First of all these are the people who lie the most. Initially I had a email and sms exchange with some internet sales person Darrell and gave us a First of all these are the people who lie the most. Initially I had a email and sms exchange with some internet sales person Darrell and gave us a really low quote saying its month end and we can do that for you. After confirming that we are coming from far distance (50 miles) he confirmed that he would like us to visit and confirmed the rates once again on sms. After we reached the dealership, that's when one pathetic experience started 1. They didn't even have cars for the quote that we had taken 2. He mentioned that my job is to just bring you in here at the dealership with any numbers you like and that's all and he left. sales consultant also was not interested in selling the car and kept on saying this is how it is. I urge not to visit this dealership anymore because this is the most fake dealership in New Jersey for Honda. If I was Darrell's Manager - I would have fired him long back. More

We happened to come during the July 4th weekend and were able to enjoy complimentary hamburgers and hot dogs being grilled by the friendly staff. AMAZING SERVICE DEPT. I have a Honda Pilot 2014, which I love, but maybe during the last 3 months it has entered at least 3 times to the service center of Hudson Honda, whi I have a Honda Pilot 2014, which I love, but maybe during the last 3 months it has entered at least 3 times to the service center of Hudson Honda, which was a complete disaster, they never found anything wrong with the car "everything was OK" according to them. I was frustrated because I know the noise the car had was not normal. So I decided to take my car to "METRO HONDA" , BEST DECISION !! Only took them 1 visit and they found immediately the problem.
