There was more sincerity on his behalf understanding my situation and making sure I received what was best for me. It was a long process but there was no frustration and impatience on his behalf. It was Steve. one of the most accommodating sales people I have met here or anywhere. Entirely professional. I told him my problem with my current car and he talked to me about the possibilities available at Metro. I had previously had a miserable experience at a dealership in Brooklyn NY and so I thought I was in heaven. Long story short , after a few times corresponding and thinking over the information Steve left with me, I went back in and bought my beloved CR-V from Steve- it was the first car he showed me but he had listened carefully to what I wanted and delivered it! I have not had a minute of disappointment with Metro Honda , any of their people, starting with Steve Castro. I highly recommend Steve and Metro. More
