Michael worked with me and let me tell him what I wanted. I was not pressured into just buying a car. There was more sincerity on his behalf understanding my situation and making sure I received what was best for me. It was a long process but there was no frustration and impatience on his behalf. He even stayed later than he was suppose to. That showed hard work, dedication, and devotion. I would most certainly recommend any one that I know here and I will continuously come back here. I met my salesperson, Steve Castro, one morning when I arrived early before most employees. After 10 minutes or so, one of the first arrived, a young man, He asked me if he could help. It was Steve. one of the most accommodating sales people I have met here or anywhere. Entirely professional. I told him my problem with my current car and he talked to me about the possibilities available at Metro. I had previously had a miserable experience at a dealership in Brooklyn NY and so I thought I was in heaven. Long story short , after a few times corresponding and thinking over the information Steve left with me, I went back in and bought my beloved CR-V from Steve- it was the first car he showed me but he had listened carefully to what I wanted and delivered it! I have not had a minute of disappointment with Metro Honda , any of their people, starting with Steve Castro. I highly recommend Steve and Metro. More

I had finally given up because I was tired of all the bs from the dealers and sales people but a close friend of mine Michelle referred me to go see her best friend Chace, at first I was hesitant but she told me to give him a try because he is very honest and tries to his best to get people good deals and if he can't he will let you know as well. So I went with her to go see Chace and that same day I left in my 2012 Honda Accord. He was very honest and explained everything in detail to me. I am very happy with Chace and my car as well.
