Inconsiderate I will start off by saying that my initial purchasing experience seemed great. I purchased my car in June & couldn't be happier will my salesman Nick I will start off by saying that my initial purchasing experience seemed great. I purchased my car in June & couldn't be happier will my salesman Nick D (who I see is no longer working for them). The issues began with the issuance of my registration & tags. I live in New York so the dealership was handling the process for me. When my temporary registration expired after 20 days I contacted them to see why i had no received my new registration & license plates all to find out they were never processed. Because of this I was given a loaner vehicle. I had the loaner vehicle for a month before they called me to let me know my stuff was finally ready.I had spoken to the sales manger Harout Gapikia over the phone, who told me my car would be ready(they held it for me due to the fact it could not sit on the street). When I want to pick up my car the experience went left. 1st the managers were having a pizza party in there office, which is glass, so I can see them in there not interested in helping me. After waiting for 15 minutes & explaining to the receptionist that I live on Staten Island & was trying to catch the Bayonne Bridge before it closes, Harout finally called an associate in the office to go get my tags & put them on my car. This associate walked right past me without even speaking to go on with his assigned task. About another 5 minutes later Harout came out & asked if I was being helped & I made him aware that the associate walked right past me without even speaking to me. I was then told to drive the loaner to the back of the shop so my tags can be placed on my vehicle. When reached the service area I was once again ignored for 10 minutes & then I was told they couldn't even find my car. I was then told to go outside & see if I see my car in the. Another 15 minutes goes by before Harout decides to check the back lot to see if he can my find my car. After being gone for another 20 minutes he finally comes back & tells me he found the vehicle but cannot find the keys. He then disappears for about 45 minutes. No one gives me an update or anything. I am left to sit alone in the service garage. Finally a service department associate appears & I ask him to please let me know whats going. Now I start to raise xxxx. I have missed the bridge at this point & i cant believe the lack of organization at this place. After flipping out over the lack of communication, Harout finally reappears to let me know that my keys are locked in the desk of some other associate who is "Down at the shore". So at this point I had to find a new route home & waited time & money on this pointless trip. Harout promises me they will deliver my car to me the next day & he will make it up to me. To add insult to injury, Nick D brings my car back to my house but not before getting a tickets on my car for going through the EZpass toll without having an EZpass. Not to mention I haven't heard a word from Harout about how this would be made up to me like he sat in my face & told me. So....buying is fine because they have no problem taking your money. I suggest if you are an out of state buyer, just go to the DMV yourself & avoid the headache. I gave them a good reviews to corporate so they already benefited. Their customer services is horrible & if I didn't feel like going through the process again I would have just returned the car to them. More

Terrible mamagement I had very bad experience with this dealership. We went to buy a minivan and didn't buy it because of the manager. Manager was so rude and greedy that we just left. We bought the car from other dealership because of the manager. The name was Harut or something like that. He was so rude with us and so demanding. For a second I thought we were in a Mercedes dealership because of the price that he asked. We were ready to buy the car but just because if him we went to open road. I dont wish anybody to do a bussines with that guy or even any altercation with him. More

excellent service I was at the end of my previous lease with my 2012 Honda Accord and decided to stop into the Honda office on Rt. 440. Well that was certainly my lucky I was at the end of my previous lease with my 2012 Honda Accord and decided to stop into the Honda office on Rt. 440. Well that was certainly my lucky day. I was assigned to Michael Booker. I told him what I had in mind but when he told me what was available to me on the basis of what I described to him, it was not possible. I had less than stellar credit and no available cash on hand. I had all but given up when he told me he would do whatever he could to get me into a new car for LESS than I was paying for my current lease. I didn't think it was possible but I agreed. However as he made his way back and forth to the Manager's Office he came back with a lesser deal that was still not affordable to me. After several attempts he said he would have to make some calls regarding my credit status...which wasn't great. He told me that he would call me back later on that afternoon. When I didn't hear from him after several hours I had given up all hope. However later on that night I received a called from Michael telling me that he had good news for me. He was able to work out a deal for me that was practically everything that I asked for, with no money down and no additional expenses that usually occur when purchasing a new or leased car. All those expenses were worked into my monthly payments. There is no question that he worked very hard to secure the deal for me that would allow me to purchase a new car without any cash on hand and less than stellar credit. I will be forever grateful for his effort and determination in helping me to attain this new car. I would also like to thank the Finance Manager whose name I don't remember who was responsible for closing out the last phase of the financing. He too was little skeptical but finally relented and approved the transaction. My final thanks is to Honda for giving me the opportunity to be the proud owner, once again, of a fine Honda product. I would certainly advise anyone looking for a new or leased car to go to Honda..and ask for Mr. Michael Booker. I Guarantee you he will not disappoint you. More
WORST DEALER. PLease avoid Metro Honda has been the worst dealer i have ever been to. I have been a honda fan for a long time before going over to Metro honda. I went to Metro honda thrice hoping to have one nice experience where I could buy a car but every time i felt dejected on meeting the staff. The staff at Metro honda feels that they are doing a favor on you by selling their cars. Although they dint have the CR-V model i was looking for, they still called me and 20 minutes into the meeting they tell me "THIS IS WHAT WE HAVE. EITHER YOU TAKE IT OR GOOD NIGHT" Trust me a honda car is good to have but its not worth taking the favor from Metro honda. Save your time here. More
Why go anywhere else! Went to Metro Honda and met with Scott Shannon to get a price on the new 2016 HR-V. Then wasted the next 5 days visiting 5 other dealers, hearing Went to Metro Honda and met with Scott Shannon to get a price on the new 2016 HR-V. Then wasted the next 5 days visiting 5 other dealers, hearing things like, they can't sell it for that price, we can't get that car for 30 days, the price in our advertisement was a typographical error, or it's a new model and I really don't know much about it. Went back to Scott, worked out a great deal, he explained every step of the purchasing process, then turned me over to the finance dept that continued the excellent service. Scott also took the time to show me all the operating features of the HR-V. Metro Honda, Scott Shannon, and the finance team are honest, professional, and provide excellent service. I am already considering buying another car from them. More

I was referred by a friend who guaranteed I'd drive away with a new car :) I went in that day just to browse and get some quotes, long story short...great customer service, patience, and priority got me a brand new Honda that was extremely affordable and we'll worth it! I didn't feel pressured used or over priced at all. The process couldn't have been any easier there was absolute no hassle I MEAN IT give them a try they work well with everyone ....the friend who referred me makes triple my salary and things still went as we'll for me as they did for her, I'm trying my best to express the eagerness to just trust them & give Nick a chance to help you, he's excellent. He made me comfortable and met my personal needs! I have a thick attitude & he adjusted and kept me smiling the entire time! I have visited dealers in the past and no experience came close to the sincerity and service you will get here. Also thanks to Manager Sammy for assuring we were well taken care of!!!
