Customer Service SUCKS! I went to the Honda Dealer on route 440 in Jersey City, NJ with my mother and sister and we were looking for a car for my nephew. I will tell you that I went to the Honda Dealer on route 440 in Jersey City, NJ with my mother and sister and we were looking for a car for my nephew. I will tell you that all these people cared about was getting a sale, their customer service was very poor. While we were there the salesperson name Mike took us to the lot for used cars, along the way I fell in a hole in the street and busted up my knew. He came and said Oh Wow let me take you back to the office and get a bandage. As he walked in front of me and got to the office I was limping behind when I got inside I sat in a chair waiting for him, NOT one person asked me if I was ok. It took him about 5 minutes to find a bandage when he came back he gave them to me and then asked my sister to go back to the lot to look for cars. I told him can I have water and paper towels to clean my knee which was bleeding, so he was like Oh Ok, then left and came back about 10 minutes later. Really how much time does one person need to get water for a person who clearly is in pain, he came back gave me the water and asked my sister again lets go to the lot, my sister said hold on we have to patch her up, so my sister cleaned my knee and put the bandage on and then I told her go look at the car and I will sit here. When my mother and sister got back I asked where is the guy Mike and they said well he showed us the car and then said ok that’s it and stayed at the lot and said good bye to them so my sister and mother walked back by themselves. They got inside and said let’s go we are not buying anything here, the customer service here sucks. While in the car another salesperson was asking my sister about her car that she was driving and she asked him is he the manager, and he said yes. Then she told him that I fell and he was like what happened and we told him that while walking to the lot I fell in the hole in the street. He said to us well customers should not be going there by themselves and we told him we were not by ourselves that Mike had taken us there and then he said well what are you going to do about it! What nerve that guy had, I told him well at the moment I am sitting here and trying to make sure my leg is lifted so it does not hurt. That was it he told my sister well if you need anything let me know and she told him well we are not buying from you guys your customer service sucks and my sister was hurt and no one even asked if I was OK. These people don’t care about their customers they only care if you put money in their pockets when we left there we went to JC Auction and Chris Curiel the salesmen helped my sister find a car. He was patient as he dealt with 3 women looking at car after car and as we was walking through the lot he kept an eye on me and I was limping along he did not want me to get fall again. As we past holes in the ground he made sure he was there and told me about it. My sister found a car and she bought it and took it home that day, needless to say I will be going back to buy my car from him. JC Auction has the best people working for them! More

Sales associate Michael Booker was very pleasant and helpful. He was very patient... even though I was undecided on which car to go for. Michael Booker went through every detailed of the car and explain everything very specifically. I must say he went out of his way to make sure me and my daughter were comfortable in every way. He offer us coffee and while waiting we also had some complimentary popcorn :) I will definitely recommend this Honda dealer to anyone looking to purchase a car and make sure to ask for Michael Booker he is a great help. Wow, I got outstanding service. I thank everyone at Metro Honda who helped me, when I needed them. The service was outstanding, and I had my car repaired in an unbelievably short tim I thank everyone at Metro Honda who helped me, when I needed them. The service was outstanding, and I had my car repaired in an unbelievably short time frame.. I was towed into the service area with a seized air conditioner compressor pulley, late on a Friday afternoon. Their mechanic stayed late to complete (until 9<30pm) my repair and had me out the door at 8<30am the next day , with everything in great working order. Best Regards, Robert Yorio More

Repetitive and tiring Before going to buy at this dealer all of the reviews were near perfect which is what influenced me to go. I live 30 miles away from the dealer. When I arrived Luis Martinez was kind and courteous. He showed me some different cars and I was interested in a Honda Pilot but it was shown to me once it was dark out so I did not notice any of the defects. The car was not even clean and several lights were not functioning and the workers did not even mention it to me. After working out the payments, a staff offered me a gap insurance for $850 when the gap insurance on my previous Honda cost me only $195. I bought a brand new dodge ram last year and the gap insurance was only $145. Why so much money for gap insurance. I ended up not purchasing it because I thought of it as stealing my money. When I signed the contract they were going to go wash it and the ended up hitting the car so they had to take it to a body shop for 2 days and The lights were burned out on the inside and the radio wasn't working and I've had to return to the dealer 8 times because they could not find the problem with it. I will never return to this dealer nor would I recommend it. Also. Supposedly the car was supposed to have 13,900 miles but it had 15,500 miles. I also had to stay another day for them to fix the windshield which they had damaged and it was not completely fixed either. Today match 11th after 45 days they finally fixed the radio issue. Never had such a bad experience and would advise people to stay away from this dealer especially if purchasing used cars. Will not leave Long Island again to look for a car. More
