Terrible Metro Honda, About a week ago I called your dealership asking for a quote on a Honda Odyssey. I have been leasing Hondas for over 10 years and thoug Metro Honda, About a week ago I called your dealership asking for a quote on a Honda Odyssey. I have been leasing Hondas for over 10 years and thought I would call your dealership. After speaking to your dealership and getting a quote over the phone I thought I would come in to purchase another Honda. When I got off the phone the numbers fit my budget and thought at that point I would come in to sign paperwork and move into another 4 year lease on a new Honda. When I did come in Jason Brown changed his quote and said on a Honda Odyssey I would be paying 100 dollars more a month. He was unapologetic verbally abusive and very dismissive. After that experience I call the headquarters and put in a complaint about this manager and this dealership. A couple of days later I ended up leasing my very first Toyota Sienna and will never every use Metro Honda again. I will continue to spread the word through social media not to ever ever use Metro Honda so that no one ever has that terrible experience like i did. Jason Brown should be fired because I can't believe he treats customers like that. More

Excellent place to buy a car Never thought would ever walk to a car dealership and drive away in a new car the same day. I’m not that type of buyer. Got to give credit to A wonderful sale person at Metro Honda Albie(Albaro) Rivera. Very patient. No pressure what so ever. Best of all, he sat and listen to what I wanted and tried as much as possible to make the sale. Honestly, I can said that he really tried hard to get the deal done. At the end, I felt I got what I wanted. I have to give Albie the credit. I walked away from so many deals before but he just made it easy even though my demands were high. If you are like me, try Albaro Rivera at Metro Honda. Won’t regret!! Albaro keep the good work. More

Dealership is rude, unorganized & a waste of time. Worst dealership and car purchasing experience I've ever had. The manager Nick who is suppose to be a manager at the dealership is extremely rude and Worst dealership and car purchasing experience I've ever had. The manager Nick who is suppose to be a manager at the dealership is extremely rude and of no help. When I went to pick up the car the car wasn't ready. The car had not been cleaned. The salesperson stated it wasn't there fault that they do not take responsibility for the cleaning. As we continued through the process the same theme occurred where no one takes responsibility for any work. When we finished the deal they only gave us a single key. They stated we could come back a few days later and they would give us a key. We called a day ahead so they would be prepared. Of course they were not and we had to argue with the staff to get a simple key made. Avoid this dealership at all costs. More

Scratched my car I had the most miserable experience at this dealership. My experience might be one off but I feel it should be voiced. The representative was cold, unfriendly and unprofessional. I went to get an issue checked out. The mechanic drove the car around for 15 mins and assured me all was well and there was nothing wrong. As I was about to leave, I noticed a nasty scratch on the front bumper and I am confident that it was not there when I brought the car in. I brought it to the attention of the representative, he called the mechanic and both of them denied it claiming that it was an old scratch. There was enough circumstantial evidence against the mechanic since he was driving the car around for 15 mins but in the end it was their word against mine and I pretty much could not do anything about it. I left the dealership bitter and angry. I make a good living in the city and am not the kind of person who schemes to rip off a car dealership. But such LACK OF HONESTY and LACK OF INTEGRITY is appalling and UNBECOMING OF A HONDA DEALERSHIP. Though I have never had any positive experiences at car dealerships or mechanic shops, this was a new low. I am currently thinking of writing to Honda about my experience. The car was pretty much new and in mint condition before they ruined it. More
Very poor. I was lied to from the beginning. I thought I was getting a good deal. I traded in a 2005 Accord. I had 4 payments left. The salesman Bill C. who is n I was lied to from the beginning. I found out after I bought the car, he took the money from my trade-in. I'm paying 275 for a lease with a trad-in. What a ripoff. Also, the service manager told me if I don't get the 15,00 mile checkup, my free oil change coupon is no good. This was never explained to me and it is not written anywhere in my lease. If I don't continue with my free oil changes at 15,000 miles, I will go to Consumer Affairs and Better Business Bureau. I only got 4500 for my car. My son called and got me an extra 500.00 They wer only giving me 4000. I even spoke to sales manager Jason Brown about this. All he could say was that's the policy. I told him I guess you like to lose customers. I will never recommend anyone to this dealership and they will know how I got ripped off. I will never buy a car here again!!!! More
