Our sales guy was Henry Ong and he was extremely friendly and knew exactly what we wanted..... He made the trade easy and we were in and out so fast and in 4 hours we were driving home in our 2014 CRV..... Thanks henry and all the staff in Metro.. Cas sales and service sucks April 18, 2014 Re – Complaint regarding Honda Pilot lease from Metro Honda Jersey City, NJ I leased my first car three years back with Metro Honda April 18, 2014 Re – Complaint regarding Honda Pilot lease from Metro Honda Jersey City, NJ I leased my first car three years back with Metro Honda and was pleased with the service. Recently I leased another Honda Pilot in April 2014, and I am very disappointed with their service. The car sales (Mike brooker) is very arrogant, argutative and not responsive at all. I had a big fight with him because he start accusing me that I am not understanding what he saying, and then he started pushing me. I got very shocked and after I start yelling at him the manager came to intervene. Finally we made a deal to lease the car and that I will pick in one week. I called them 5 times in next week to check when I can pick. No reply at all. Lot of time they will just keep on transferring from one person to another. What a screw up. Finally after a week the manager called and asked if it is alright to pick the car after two weeks as he ran out of some discount money. I said OK. After two weeks I had to call again few times to finalize a date. Finally when I went to pick up the car, it has no front and back sensor (that we agreed when I leased the car). Mike told me he has ordered the sensor and I can come in one week to get it done and he will arrange the loaner. Again after calling 5 times (because they never returned the phone), we agreed to drop on Friday. To my surprise I was notified at the last minute that there is no loaner car, so my wife had to drop me. It was an utter disaster at the service shop; they are saying they do not do sensors here. I called Mike three times (as every time he comes and run away), finally they told me to drop the car and they will figure it out. I can pick next day. Service man called me next day, and he told me the sensor is broke and they have to order again and they will call me on Tuesday. Now I cannot go to office for two days, as I have no car. ON Tuesday I called them five times, finally they called me at 530 and asking me to bring the car. Dump xxx… I never picked up my car. They had my car all the time. So he says, opps sorry, we will fix it tomorrow. They called me next day that car is fixed and I can pick. I go there at 8 PM to pick, car does not start, battery died. The dumb mechanic left the indoor lights on. Now it took the 30 minutes to jump start. Then I noticed they did not put front sensor. Amazing how they forget everything. I have called Mike twice and send him a text, no reply yet. I am very disappointed with this dealer, I will never go there again. Unfortunately I am stuck for three years at least. I am also going to send this letter to Honda and if I get the same service then I and family are done with Honda for our whole life…lets see What can you do – If you want to fix the problem then I want to return this car at no cost, so I do not see you guys face again. WOW! WOW! WOW! It is quite amazing to see how a trip to my favorite Honda Dealer in Jersey City has saved me time, money, unnecessary hassle... and unknown stress. It is quite amazing to see how a trip to my favorite Honda Dealer in Jersey City has saved me time, money, unnecessary hassle... and unknown stress. My Baby's Oil change was due. With the tax season deadlines fastly approaching, no professional Tax Director has time in their hands. I personally work twenty hours a day to respond and satisfy a demanding clientele and to remain competitive in a market saturated with tax services most importantly. Geographic location has obliged me to take a trip to another Honda dealer last saturday for a quick oil change. I was satisfied to see how fast the service was done and price was basically affordable ($89.14) for an "Express Service w/Synthetic Oil. Before my car was returned to me, the service manager handed me a list of issues that needed to be taken care of. I was told:" Sir, for your safety i would recommend you to do those services today. We won't be responsible if anything happens after leaving our premises." First of all, I naturally trust the advisors and techs at Metro who are nicer and not pushy. Tuesday night, i took my car for a test at Metro and the results of the previous diagnostic not only were inaccurate, the price for the same services was relatively lower. The service advisor at Metro, with her sense of urgency offered me a loaner for my professional obligations would not allow me to stay as i had customers in line waiting in my office. Before my departure from Metro, the tech invited me to see with my own eyes there was nothing wrong with my rear brakes as stated by the previous Honda Dealer where i was asked $69.95 to do nothing. Big savings! Metro charged me $100 bucks less for the emission. Metro, you guys ROCK! All the very Best!!! More

I was very happy and satisfi Great Experience!!! This is my fourth time going to Metro for another CRV. The management is very friendly and helpful. I was very happy and satisfied with the Sales Rep Albaro Rivera and General Sales Manager Valdimar Nestalano. Albie/Valdimar helped me out with the process and few issues with my trade-in; everything turned out to be really great and exceed my exaptation cause of Valdimar. I would recommend speaking to Albie/Valdimar if you are looking for a new car. More

I bring the car in today and the way the service advisor handled the situation was very poor I stated I'm here for an oil change I have the free oil change for life card with out pulling up my info he began to tell me that we'll sometime that can be cancelled did you do any recommended services here I said last time here they recommend tires for 4 at 300.00 + each so tires were brought outside of metro Honda for total 750.00 he began to tell me that cancelled the oil change contract he pulled up my info and stated since I didn't buy tires here the contract is void. That was never discussed at last service appointment nor do I see that in any of my information regarding lifetime oil changes I feel that he treated me like I wasn't a sale so I was a waste of time and that was a tactic for me to take any recommended service at that time as a customer it's all about the delivery of information I brought a 22000 car from here I spent money here at the time of sale that was a deal that confirmed the sale now since I'm not doing recommended service at this time and just need an oil change does not mean that in the future I wouldn't be back in a week or so to do the recommended service here. Moving forward I will be in search of a new dealership for service for my Honda accord. More
