I contacted John as he was recommended by a friend of mine. I must say John went above and beyond. He certainly made my experience a positive one. From the beginning, the communication via phone and email was great. All my questions were answered. Never felt the pressure to buy now or you must come in attitude a lot of salesman have. I contacted a few dealerships in my area and that’s the attitude I got most of the time. Not John, from inventory to Honda incentives questions, all were answered. Even after the sale was final, I still get follow up emails. I had some accessories that were not available the day I received the car, John kept me up to date on the availability.
