I have been using Metro Honda Service for 2 years with my 2010 Accord,service has been great. Now there are all new peope who don't care about service. I pulled in on Tuesday AM and stood there like a jerk f 2010 Accord,service has been great. Now there are all new peope who don't care about service. I pulled in on Tuesday AM and stood there like a jerk for 15 min before anyone helped me? Poor attitude and uncaring. They are convenient and have good hours but the people now just don't care. The mechanics are fine the service management people who wright up the billing seem unhappy, grumpy and uncaring. More

Metro was great! The first thing I noticed in the dealership was all the smiling faces, staff and customers. We were looking for a CRV to replace our pathfinder. Have a small family and we are into dealership was all the smiling faces, staff and customers. We were looking for a CRV to replace our pathfinder. Have a small family and we are into outdoor recreation, beach, skiing, etc. Drove the CRV and liked it. They had a sale but after our Kerry asked us a bit about our lifestyle and why a CRV. She recommended we drive the Crosstour too. AWD, V6, lots of room/hatchback. A great all around vehicle, classy, quiet and comfortable. Perfect for us and she explained the $2,500 dealer cash and great .9% 60 month financing that was available. It was a no brianer. They located a black with black leather for us in a day and even offered to deliver the car to us. We love the vehicle and got a tremendous deal. Overall a great experience! More

My husband and I went to look for a new vehicle today and found one in Metro Honda. We got a 2013 CR-V thru the help of Henry Ong.
