I have to say that my experience with John & Jovan at Metro Honda far exceeded my expectations. I had already visited another dealer and was not happy with them even though I purchased my 2009 vechile w Metro Honda far exceeded my expectations. I recently leased a vehicle with honda and I was very surprised on the level of service that i recieved from the Honda Sales and staff. ALbie Rivera is not just a salesman, he made sure to meet my expectations before his own and didn't let me settle for anything. I was extremely pleased with the entire process from the beginning until the end. Mr. Rivera conducted himself as a professional, but at the same time he made us feel extremely comfortable with his service. He took his time to find me the vehicle I wanted with the long list of necessities I required and not only that, but also took his time to show me how the features worked i.e. the touch screen navigation system and assisted connecting my cell phone to the bluetooth handsfree device. As we waited for the paperwork to be processed, we were offered beverages, which was sweet.
