I visited this dealer 3 times. The first time was a year ago to purchase anew Honda: I was there for 45 minutes and no one came to help me. I went there again last week after taking an appointment to see a pre owned vehicle, the customer service agent emphasized that I should be there at 2:15. I was there on time but the car wasn't ready. They told me to come next day. 2 days past and I we allied again and scheduled an appointment . I was there on time but the car wasn't ready yet. He should me the car before it was even cleaned and told me if I want to put money down on it. I told him I need to test drive the car first, he thought that was a legitimate request and told me to come back in an hour. I don't know whst kind of customer service this place provide! They make you feel you are there to take money not to pay them thousands for a car. More

I was tired of going from dealer to dealer, until i went into Metro Honda and was assisted by Albie Rivera. My credit is not that good but Albie was able to explain to me in detail what i could afford based into Metro Honda and was assisted by Albie Rivera.
