I left my portable GPS in the car for service dropoff. Picked up the car the next day, the GPS was not there. The guy said to call the next day to see if they have it. Its been 2 months I have called many times and each time they either refer me to someone else or say they don't have it. If i'm giving them a $30k car to service with all expensive parts and all, why should I have to worry about a 200 dollar GPS device? My stupidity and forgetfulness but they employ people who are not trust worthy.... The service center people are neither helpful or concerned about this issue.... which i feel is what a customer service is all about. I purchased my car from them 5 years back and have serviced it many times. I will not go back to them again. More

Yesterday I leased a 2012 Honda Accord LX from Metro Honda in Jersey City. I can’t thank them enough for their first class service! Initially, I was dreading this process.. (as a female and not very knowledgeable about cars, I didnt want to get scammed.) However, Elis Tavarez and John Chatzopoulos went out of their way to make it enjoyable and stress free for me. They were extremely personable and made me feel like I had known them for years. What really sold me was their hospitable environment, great prices and perks as well as the knowledgeable and accommodating sales reps. I would highly recommend them!! More

I am the guy family and friends call to help purchase cars. Last week my coworker sought my assistance in purchasing a Honda Civic. They live in Guttenberg and were about to make a deal with a Honda Dealer in Freehold, NJ. Quite a distance for a car! After looking at their payment numbers I immediately sensed that my co-worker did not do the research (Edmunds and TrueCar.com) and were probably going to overpay. Fortunately, they did not commit to a purchase. I had heard high marks about the Metro Honda in Jersey City and gave them a call with an offer. I also spoke to Hudson Honda in WNY (no further comments about them!). I cannot express how helpful and friendly the staff at Metro Honda was- especially Johnny C. The staff at Metro Honda truly were sensitive to my friends needs and comfort zone for payments. No pushy sales approach. I got the sense that Metro Honda is not only focused with making one sale - but in building long term lasting relationships. Honda customers tend to be repeat loyal customers. If you’re a Honda person- you have to consider Metro. Here’s why. I often hear that salespeople are very attentive while trying to sell a car- but soon forget you or bother to return calls once the car is off the lot. I was amazed that a week after my friends purchased and picked-up their car- Johnny C called them to inform them that he was able to get an even lower interest rate on their car loan. He did not have to do this!! This is an excellent example of their commitment to building relationships. My friends are extremely grateful for the service and treatment they received from Metro. Those of you who live in WNY and work for the WNY Board of Education know who I am. If you need a Honda travel to Jersey City (really not that far) to Metro Honda. Ask for Johnny C. It is well worth the trip. Thank-you again Johnny and the Metro Honda satff. More

Get dropped off and picked up by a friend/family member. i've been trapped in the Metro Honda waiting room and their WiFi blocks almost every website i try to access including Facebook, Foursquare, Pinterest and Flickr among many, many, many others. there's a poster on the wall saying that they have an anti-social media policy. wonder if this is to prevent people from reviewing Metro Honda while a bad experience is still fresh in their mind. so i'm trapped in the waiting room and their WiFi block list has prevented me from doing any work today. so i'm using my 4 hours in their waiting room to write warnings and tips telling people about their restrictive WiFi.
